Holistic curated kitchen is a wellness driven culinary brand offering far more than traditional Chef services. We blend anti-inflammatory cooking, holistic nutrition and creative food strategies to help people heal, feel better and deeply enjoy real food. Our services include personal chef cooking, weekly meal delivery Retreat, Chef packages, private catering, and holistic menu design. We also offer professional recipe development and culinary consulting for brands, wellness leaders, Retreat, hosts, restaurants, and creators who want elevated nourishing dishes that align with their mission through our podcast, recipes, videos, online cooking classes, and published books. We teach people how to cook intentionally and build a strong relationship with food. Every recipe, service and experiences, craftable purpose rooted in whole ingredients and functional nourishment holistic security kitchen is more than a chef service. It's a lifestyle, a creative studio, and a holistic culinary partner.

We are dedicated to creating nourishing dishes that not only delight the palate but also support overall well-being. Our philosophy revolves around using whole, natural ingredients and incorporating anti-inflammatory cooking techniques to promote healing and vitality. We strive to educate and empower individuals to make conscious, health-supportive choices through our culinary offerings and educational resources.
Meet the Team
Holistic Chef & Nutritionist Alissa and Chef Megan are trained and educated in culinary arts. We are both graduates from Johnson & Wales University, North Miami. We volunteered over 100+ hours at culinary events hosted by Goya, Food network, and well known accredited Chefs. We have both traveled and learned all through Tuscany, Italy, and trained in Italian cuisine and worked in a restaurant called Ganzo in Firenze, Italy. Chef Megan and I were both nominated by the head Chef of Ganzo to assist at an event in the James Beard House, NYC which was a limited selection out of 30 students
